This is my 1858. It's a bit newer since it has a six digit serial number.
It shoots very well but takes forever to load.

Back in the day of discounted Cabelas gift cards, no tax and Christmas deals, I got that steel frame model for $170 landed on the doorstep. That was a 5 years ago. I also got the 1851 for $104 landed.

Check the bore diameter--it may be a "New Navy" replica which is a .36, not a .44. To my ancient and unreliable eyes, it "looks" a little slim for an Army....
