VZ 52/57 From Classic

Had a chance to open up the box at my FFL and snap a few pics

This was NOT a hand select fee.

My dealer got his last week, with hand select fee and he liked this one better

Definitely no beauty queen, mismatched (as I suspect most from this batch will be) and full of grease and dirt but I'm happy with it as I've been wanting to fill this spot in my collection for a while now and these just don't pop up often

Bore looks like it is going to clean up just fine, only cracks in the wood are in the hand guard just in front of the rear sight. Import mark relatively discreet

And since I was already on Classic's site I figured I'd pick up a Jericho because, why not

Not C&R but it is Israeli surplus and kinda cool in its own right

All the cool surplus pistols hitting the market now are killing me. Couple of years ago it was round trigger guard cz75s, then all the berettas recently, now another wave of jerichos. All of them off roster. It's painful

Classic Firearms recently dropped the price down to $499.99.

Just a heads up, just got a back in stock notification for the 52/57, priced at $999. Not sure how many. I'm over it thankfully, but maybe someone else is still looking.
