The closest one I know of to your needs would be the Lyman Great Plains Hunter Rifle, it still has a rear sight wrong for the period but they start to get expensive when you want it all right.

Just build it yourself.

The man in this YouTube video of an old documentary makes it seem so easy as he builds every part of a flintlock rifle himself right in front of you from the barrel to it's stock, with a little hidden compartment.
This documentary might even be considered a soothing, educational, entertainment for people who like firearms. My guess is anyone who watches it will learn at least one interesting and possibly helpful thing....

If you're willing to spend $1000 or so, a Jim Kibler kit is the tops. He provides fine locks and all of his metal work is CNC machined. You get a colonial or southern mountain rifle that looks awesome but made with modern materials and techniques.
I am saving up for a Colonial kit myself.Comment

On a side note, Thompson Center rifles tend to have pretty good quality control.Comment
