Help with identification

Hi all,
Hoping for some help in identifying these 2 identical projectiles (keys included for scale). They've got some encrustation. A friend uncovered them diving on a shipwreck in the Caribbean. The story she was told was they came from WWII when pilots used the wreck as target practice. I first thought they might actually M69 practice mortars from an M2 but the fins look longer. Could be live but probably not. Some used a dye marker with no charge, and some used a 10ga blank to light a smoke type charge. I would guess if it was a charge, the water has penetrated and rendered it inert.

You should put these back in water until you are ready to clean and preserve them. Read this for a glimpse of what is involved

Practice bomblets of some kind.

Both look like 60mm mortars in varying states of decomposition.
