    CMP and CFARS

So I have an FFL03 and COE. If I have a rifle shipped to me from the CMP, I understand I now have to report this through CFARS -> CFIS.
Is this the "Collector In-State Acquisition of Curio or Relic Long Gun Report" or the "Curio or Relic Firearm Report"? I guess because they shipped it to me the transfer was in state?
Is the answer different if I filled out all the paper work there, and had it shipped here?

It's been awhile, the last time I got something from the CMP was before all these new forms.

What does the state do with this information??

AFAIK, you can't have any firearms shipped to you with an FFL03/COE anymore, they will need to go to an FFL01 who will then transfer it to you, though you will be exempted from the waiting period. The only exceptions that I know of are guns going out for repair, and you being able to ship a gun to yourself if you're away from home/out of state, can go to your door.

Ok, thanks. I think that explains what I have to do in CFARS.
