Anyone know of reliable, competitively priced places to buy the real stuff between SF and the Eastern Great Plains (i.e. points enroute to a line from Fargo, ND to Kansas City, MO or there abouts)? Occasionally make road trips through this area.

Check out old Docs place if you indeed get to the area. Last time I was in there. I think it was 17.00 a pound or so for real black. Really neat old time Trading Post with alot of cool old stuff.
