no surprise there...I can't reset my CFARS password, their automated password reset doesn't work. Of course....their site is garbage. Phone system is even a bigger joke. Sent an email asking for assistance over a week ago. Got a response that same day asking for more info, I obliged. Waited and waited...sent another email a few days ago...nothing as of today.
My COE is up for renewal early August. Can I ask them for a paper renewal form? I haven't done it that way for a few years now...do they still do that, or is the website purposefully F'ed up to screw people? I was considering letting both licenses go, which I might just do....

Go to the phone list. Find the main number, add 1 to the last number and it should get you to a live person.

Which browser and version are you using? I always use Chrome and keep it current. I do run script blockers but after enabling the required scripts, never has been issue.

Starting July 1, you can no longer user paper forms to apply for or renew COE. It must be done through CFARS

The problem with the password reset on the cfars site is that the email system used by the doj is not configured correctly and most email systems dump the email. Without the email you can't reset your password. I went round and round with them at the beginning of the year over resetting my password so I could renew my Coe. Ultimately I just called the law permit unit and had them transfer me to someone that could reset it for me.

Weird...just got in on my new phone. Samsung S10+ using Firefox. Just got it, so I hadn't tried.

I used to have an Ipad. Never had a problem. Now I have a Surface Pro. Using Microsoft edge fails. My last phone was that POS Google didn't work either.

Yeah, Edge is terrible. MS has dumped the browser in a way and has adopted Chromium.
One of my laptops is a Surface Pro, no issues with Chrome and Firefox.

I recently needed to change my password here and was getting really frustrated at not getting a response from CG. Then one day decided to clear my junk mail file,

How many times can one do the renewal? At some point are you required to do the whole dance again?

Submitted my COE renewal the after other day....forgot to add a pic of my drivers license. DOJ kicked it back saying it was incomplete because of that. I didn't know, haven't been following the latest BS too closely. COE renewals require your drivers license now(don't know if a regular or Real ID thing) or if it was even a thing before, don't remember doing it before.... Good thing I went to DMV and upgraded to a Real ID. Resubmitted COE application a little while ago. I had to do an 18 question drivers test and re-proved to them who I am. Got my actual DL in the mail 3 days later.
