Cz 50 from Classic Arms - before and after some cleanup

I got this 'hand select' Cz50 from Classic earlier in the year. It came with a bunch of wet sludge inside, and both inside and out it was hard to tell the dried up, caked-on cosmoline from the rust.

Here are some before and afters, just an idea of what to expect when you order C&R guns from them. Basically, always expect to do a full disassembly and detail cleanup. And don't let the initial inspection throw you. They usually clean up to look a little better - but it is a labor of love.

We’re they used as dingy anchors?!

Thanks for the pics, good to see they’re serviceable. Looking forward to hearing how they shoot!

Wow, that looked pretty rough in the before photos!

      Nice job!

I had a CZ50. It had a nasty heavy trigger.

There is a company that makes a firing pin rework kit that makes it into a much better pistol IMHO.

        That one was nasty

Thanks SkyHawk. For myself as a new collector, the pics and write up were very helpful.

In what condition did Classic have these listed under?
