C&R address change time?

It's been more than a month since I mailed the ATF a change of address form - along with my original license. I phoned them today and was told that they'd never received my change of address form - and that I should send in another one.

How long does it take for the ATF to typically send back a new license with a new address? And since my old license has presumably been lost in the mail, should I mail in my change of address form with a copy of the old license? (I made sure to take scans of it before I sent in the old one.)

Took me two weeks to receive my amended C&R with my new address on it. I sent it Priority Mail.

It took me ten weeks to initially receive my 03FFL and it took another ten weeks when I needed update an address.

Phoned the ATF again this morning - they said that it'd take "30 to 45 days" for them to send out an amended license, and to keep waiting and phone them again if I don't receive it after that time window.

Now we wait again. Wish it was just a matter of changing it online like on my COE, but that's the ATF for you.

Phoning the ATF seems to kick them into gear, if it hasn't arrived within a month. Just got my amended license a few days ago.
