Ok... Filling out the form and where I have to list my addresses from the last 5 year I have 3 and it is longer than the box provided. How will it look printed out or should I just hand write them in?

I can change it to make the font size variable in case you have to put a lot of addresses in that field. I will consider making this change in a future revision.

Thanks!! That would probably be helpful for younger people that have moved around a little bit before settling in at their current home.

Being able to type this out and print it is much better than writing it all out by hand.

Thank you for taking the time to scan this and make a fillable form. I was going to attempt the exact same thing but I lost my copies of the form the last time I moved. I know it can be a hassle getting all of the fields correct so thank you again for the nice job you did on this. I will be sending mine in as well and will let you know when I get a response.

Mailed printed PDF application on 5/5, and of course not even a week later I get the real application in the mail.
I'll donate the green forms to anyone that wants them after my PDF app is accepted.

I have called and confirmed 3 different times that they would accept the pdf we have here. Twice was the same girl. Other time was a guy that seemed a little peeved that I was asking.

Ok I downloaded the file not problems. Now is see that I need a valid Hunting license. Can this be right?

Also can someone tell me how to change the font size?

Hunting licence, etc: you only need to fill out section 10 if any person listed in section 9 is a "nonimmigrant alien". Otherwise no need to fill it out.

I need to go change the form to allow a variable font size, sorry guys. I'll get working on this.

Font sizes will automatically shrink if you have a lot of text to enter. Please try out this version and let me know what you think.

We can share it with the ATF... for a FEE.. they must help us fight to get Class 3 / Title 2 items legal in CA. Those are the terms of the offer.
