    I need help.

    Hello all,
I just acquired a few rifles and need help getting the value of one of them.
The rifle I have is a Lee Enfield no4 mk2 UF55A serial number.
Looks like the rifle has not been fired, as the barrel still have a lot of cosmoline and the stock look like it had some wax on it...I really had to do a bunch of cleanup.

    Thanks
    Ray

Nice. Does it have an FTR stamp on it anywhere?

ETA one like yours (in Rocklin) did not sell on GB for $1100. Ended with no bids. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/806567569

Your rifle was among the last batch of Enfields produced. Most were sold new in their mummy wrap packaging. Since yours is still unfired I would say it is worth $650-$800, depending on how much someone wants it. IMO, they are an interesting variant and are fantastic shooters, but the value suffers a little bit because of their post WWII production.

Around $800. These unfired Enfields are more common than you might imagine.

              Maybe a little higher---$800 to $1000.

I've got a couple of those, including a pair with consecutive serial numbers, one still in the wrap and one out, but unfired.

There have been recent sales of those on GB in the price range I suggest...

The rifles still in the wrap go for considerably more.
