I have seen them, they are terrible. You cut a aluminum mag to the round count you desire, the rest is plastic block. Like this:
There are also ones that are cut/indented to prevent the follower from going below 9 or 10 rounds.Comment

Magazines are always an issue with these guns. I read an article somewhere...they were talking with a WWII vet, and he said they treated M1 carbine mags as consumables. use 'em a few times, then throw them out and get new. of course we can't do that, but it shows that they saw the weakness and adapted accordingly. Try the Fulton ones, they aren't too bad.Comment

You know OP, if you would post your inquiry in the proper forum you just might get more responses. If, say you were to post in the actual C&R forum instead of in the Picture Gallery (where you post pictures of your guns), you will reach a larger audience.
