    Need help with pricing

I'll be able to get some pictures up tomorrow, but for the time being...

I have a letter dated K series Tula SKS.
Bore is brights and sharp. Wood and steel look very nice as far as I can tell, with only a few minor safe/handling marks. Problem is, I hve no idea what they're going for these days. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks. How does one tell if it's refurbed. All the numbers match, if that has anything to do with it.

        Usually by the stock

If a refurb you might see an old number xxxxxx'd out and new number stamped

If not refurb you might see a "diamond" cartouche on the stock on either side by the recoil lug

Refurbs typically have black painted metal vs blued.

BBQ Paint on some or all of metal surfaces and/or xx’s = refurb. An absolutely perfect refurb Tula might fetch $600 or so. Last year Russians with no date top cover are exceedingly common, but great weapons and cool to collect nonetheless.

Laminated replacement stocks will usually not be force matched, but are still refurb indicators anyway.

Sorry no pictures yet, been a hectic few days. Probably Sunday. It's dated with a K, internet says that's a 1958.
