Yes, they're legit. My Father and I got a Nosecap/Barrel Band for our K43 restoration project from them and it looks and works well on our rifle.

People on the G43 sites have said they have used a French source - basically as there is no other source - so that must be it.

Polish site for stocks. French site for metal parts.

He often doesn't delineate between original and reproduction in his descriptions - sort of like IMA used to.

I got no problem for that, the stock I got is a repo. It's been way too hard just finding stock metal parts.

I still cant find any german stock stamps.

I had my card get cancelled by my bank once when I ordered something from Europe once before, so this time I was on the phone with my credit card customer service when I placed the order.

CC company, i called them and they said any orders outside the US are auto denied. makes sense.

You could call them up. They speak funny English but probably much better than your funny French. They may still accept PayPal if you cover their fees.
