I applied to get the papers for one about a month ago and nothing. no notifcation no papers in the mail nothing.

Can someone scan theirs and email it to me? if thats legal?

I might just be impatient but i dont care.

Did you call a field office? Mine arrived within a week.

Also,make sure you use internet explorer to order the paperwork.I tried 3 times with firefox and it never worked.2 weeks after I tried internet explorer it worked.

I called my local office in Santa Ana and got the application within a week. Plus the lady that took my order was really nice to speak to.

the trick is to call multiple CA field offices. they'll all send it at their own pace, but hopefully one will be prompt. then, you'll get others trickling in. save them, and inevitably when someone posts a similar post to this, you can be the fairy god mother.
