91/30 Ammo

I'm not sure this is the right board, but I was shopping around for surplus ammo for my new (old) 91/30 and ran across sevral sites that say they won't ship to Orange County, CA. I wasn't aware of an Orange County laws and I talked to an FFL01 store dealer today and he said he wasn't aware of county laws either. Can anybody confirm that there is a law, or are these sites wrong?

Thats odd, most places actually ship to LA County
