    ffl03 question

When you have to use your ffl03, do you guys fill in the dates each time, ie current date, or is a date in the past sufficient? I thought only a signature and printed name is necessary.

Not sure what you are asking. Make a bunch of copies of your FFL, then put the unsigned original someplace safe. When you provide your FFL to someone, you sign one of the copies and date it, and give them the copy.

Alternatively, you can sign and date one if the copies, and email it to the various vendors who accept FFLs in that format.

Date you sign the ffl is what is entered in the date section...that should agree more or less with the date you enter into your bound book.
