if you have 2 different address', what leo gets the form?

mine has a "Premises Address" and a "Mailing Address" shown on it, so I think you could probably benefit. You can always e-mail them and ask, you have to e-mail them to get the forms anyway.
E. B. White has long been one of my favorite authors too.

Yes both addresses are printed on the license and you can request that the shipper ship to either address as long as they are listed on the licenseIn any type of fight, & especially gun fights, there are no winners ..... just varying degrees of losers. The only fight you win is the one you never get into.
