1941 USMC clone?

I have a Fecker and a Litschert that are unmarked, but have clear optics. Would love to use one of them, but doubt that the CMP would accept an estimate of their power.

I may use the adjustable rings from one of them with the HiLux scope and hope for the best.

Ok appreciate all the info given..... know comes another question... other than optics, does the 1941 have any other benefits over the 1904a4? I know this is a more of a personnel preference but those that have both... overall which one did you prefer?

An 03-A4 is really just an 03-A3. They're marked 03-A3, not 03-A4 so the difference is, the differences between an A1 and an 03-A3.

None that I can see *(pun intended)

However, if you are speaking of the original USMC 1903A1 and the 03A4 rifles, there might be advantages for the 1903A1. For one thing, the USMC sniper rifles were made from NM rifles that had star gauge barrels, that might be somewhat more accurate than the run of the mill 03A4 barrels.
