"I have you now." Finally got this lovely lady in my hands. She was born September, 1918. This rifle was owned by James Earl Jones before it came into my possession. It was also inspected by Elmer Keith at one point (picture of his inspection mark in link). Got this for under a grand, so I'm happy. Now for a WWI 1903 that won't blow up in my face. The trinity of 30-06 U.S. service rifles will be complete. I would've posted pictures, but they come out really big for some reason. Shoutout to Charlie from Checkpoint Charlie for the sale.

I do believe the JEJ collection pieces do come with a letter of provenance

I missed out on a nice T53 last year waiting to hear back if it was matching

It was matching but by the time I got comfirmation someone else had bought it

I was actually looking at that T53 myself. It's not everyday you find a matching T53.

The voice of Darth Vadar has a rather extensive collection. For at least a year he has been selling them off. Any firearm marked with provenance is part of the JEJ collection.
