Live scan- COE - FFL 03

I just did my Fingerprint Live Scan today. Will be filing my COE to CA DOJ and FFL 03 to the ATF next week. Anybody have any issues or suggestions based on thier experience, would be helpful.

Just did my COE and FFL 3. I got the COE within 5 days. I am still waiting on ffl3 after 20 days.

Don't forget to mail a copy of you 03 application to your local CLO.

Thanks - my license states the City of Corona, but they changed my City to Eastvale, based on my street location. I'll be sending my paperwork to Eastvale CLO. Maybe I should send it to Corona CLO too?

What I have heard is send it too the CLO that would respond to a 911 call.

Since I officially live in Eastvale, I will use the Eastvale CLO.

For the ATF Form for the FFL 03, you can only file this form in paper and mail to the ATF? There is no online filing capability. Correct?
