The Librarian

I know this is off topic but is the Librarian on Calguns the same Librarian from Milsurps forum? I assume not since I believe the Librarian on Milsurps lives in Canada, but maybe he has a home in CA too. If not is it then a title of respect? It would seem so because both here and there they do a great job. Reason I ask is I was invited into Facebook groups by one of the few knowledgeable collectors on Facebook and some tool has now taken to calling himself the Librarian. He also posts as if he is British. Sorry for the off topic, but it just annoyed me seeing this guy added The Librarian after his name. He is in SC.
