Now that the m1 has to be shipped to an FFL do I have to fill out a 4473 and wait ten days after it gets here?

CMP M1?

If you have COE and C&R, then the answer is no and no.
But you do have to DROS and pay DROS fee and tax, you just do not have to do a 4473 and no 10-day wait.Last edited by SkyHawk; 03-23-2018, 3:21 PM. -

Their website still says, "Rifle shipments to CA must be made to a State licensed dealer or may be made to individual homes, providing that a CA Certificate of Eligibility and a Curio and Relic License are provided." http://thecmp.org/cmp_sales/rifle_sa...g-information/

CMP used to ship directly to your door in CA without a C&R OR a COE, like they still do in other states. Place your order get the M1 in 10-21 days, not any longer.Their website still says, "Rifle shipments to CA must be made to a State licensed dealer or may be made to individual homes, providing that a CA Certificate of Eligibility and a Curio and Relic License are provided." http://thecmp.org/cmp_sales/rifle_sa...g-information/
