    Time for a change?

YouTube is joining the anti-gun crowd............ Even instructional videos on C&R rifles.

As every informed person is well aware, Google / YouTube has been on a censorship rampage against conservative voices, not just demonetizing accounts but deleting them altogether. The radical Left’s “speech purge” is well under way, and their goal is the complete extermination of all pro-America, pro-Trump, pro-liberty voices. In doing this, Google emerges as […]

So the alternative is not a free-speech site either, already stating they won't host, "videos promoting communism or Antifa." How are they really any better than youtube?

I have already deleted my YouTube account, but it occurred to me that we could mess with them by slipping "trigger" words into otherwise innocuous titles.

"Tune up your '64 mustang AR15"
              "Build a gun dog house"
"Everyone must determine for themselves what level of tyranny they are willing to tolerate.
I let my CA residency expire in 2015."

Never been on u-tube but how about doing everything but shooting with those orange tipped toy guns. Should drive them nuts especially if you take the tips off. I would put a video on that shows neighborhood kids learning combat tactics with toy guns like low crawling and so forth. That should give them fits if they were threatened with law suits. After all your just giving kids exercise aren't you.

If they get broken up, people like Google founder Sergey Brin would be replaced and a new group of executives would be in charge.

It is their company and they can do as they see fit for now. However, trying to toss out the first and second ammendments like they don't exist is different matter. They need to be openly, boisterously, and vigorously challenged.

WTF? When did this happen? It seems like I was just watching something last week. This is getting out of control! Next they'll take guns out of movies, video games, history books and then from Californians who can't make any sense out of the laws. Who will be performing marksmanship training? Will the next generation be able to fight a real battle? ...maybe they think all things are resolved by FOODFIGHTS!

The liberal Hollywood gun haters, will never take guns and violence out of movies, as it is their money cow.

The decision by utube is a business decision and as a small business owner myself this is their prerogative. I will continue to use them as I have found many self help videos to help with car repair and appliance repair. Frankly it is their business to do as they please and our business to support or not support. Part of living in this country is our freedom to do as we please as individuals. Watch Hacksaw Ridge if you need to see another side.

I really do not know what this is all about exactly. Is there a statement somewhere by youtube?

I agree it is their right also. And I will still use them also.

Has anybody had anything removed by youtube? All my stuff is still there so far. And others I subscribe to.

Seems this new outfit is just trying to promote their own new site mostly. But I could be wrong.

I may be slow. But I do not understand the problem as of yet.

Someone is sure welcome to inform me. I would like to know the situation.

The new YouTube policies will be enforced starting in April...

Starting next month, YouTube will ban videos that offer instructions on how to make firearms and accessories such as silencers and bump stocks. It will prohibit content in which firearms and accessories are sold, both directly and through other websites. Videos on how to install firearms modifications will also be barred.
