You need a COE to import ammo, I would just get it. C&R is nearly useless in CA without a COE.

Congrats on the 03 - I'm in my third week of waiting and they haven't charged my card yet.

COE hopefully will go through soon though for me. It's a hair expensive, but I think worth it for ordering ammo and the shortened wait period - if the FFL knows their stuff.
