    SEND IT BACK QUESTION?

    Hi Fellas,

I've brought in an Arisaka T38 that was received by my FFL, as I'm not an 03 holder. If the rifle doesn't pass the inspection, can my FFL send it back directly to the seller? Or can I? My guy says it's pretty fugly. PAX

If it has not been transferred to you, how would you obtain it to send it back? If you decide not to accept it.The ffl will have to do the shipping back to the owner..

Your FFL can send it back to the seller. Whether he will accept the return or refund your money is another matter. I have read a few horror threads where disappointed sellers send guns back and the original seller stonewalls the attempt.

This is one reason why the relatively small number of people who buy / sell / trade C&R's on the more well known boards do repeat business and are held accountable to their reputations.
