Got my J.P. Sauer & Sons today!

UPS guy dropped off my 1940 J.P. Sauer & Sons about 20 minutes ago!
It's a Century Arms import via Classic Arms ordered last week:

This Russian Capture should clean up real nice... just hope it shoots as good as the others

Now I really NEED to get that SIG Sauer!

Nice one. I can see a bit of the laminated grain patterns - should be very nice after you clean it up. Please post pics.

Also, how's the bore? I have been looking at adding another K98s, but haven't decided where to get my from. I got my last one from Coles. Very good bore, but completely mismatched stock (should be hardwood instead of laminate). If you don't mind my asking... How much shipped?

    Thanks for sharing.

Does Classic Arms allow you to handpick stock, bore and code? How much more?
I got two RC K98s. Bought one from Century - a S/42G and the S/147 from Coles. I would like to add a late year K98 to the group.
