Bayonet identification

I'm guessing Springfield Trapdoor? The markings on it are numerous. No U.S. stamp, but there is the number 639 on the opposite side of the lug. The side facing the picture if you can see them has numerous stamps.

One looks like an arrow in a bow, another a circle with a slanted E in it and the other looks like an armory bomb stamp. The scabbard is in great shape so I am suspicious if it is authentic. One picture is very large so the markings are legible. The other markings in a circle I can't make out.
