    PPS-43C Mag Lock?

Apologies for posting about a PPS-43C here. I know it technically isn't a C&R item, but it is an old school firearm and wouldn't be right posting about it in the pistol or rifle fora. So, with the formalities out of the way....

I am a military member moving to CA, and am on the fence about leaving my PPS-43C behind. I have a couple 10-rd mags, but still need a way to make the firearm compliant without trying to go featureless. Is there any kind of mag lock that can easily be installed, like the one for ARs that EP Arms is selling? Since the PPS isn't as popular, I haven't been able to find anything, but was just curious if anyone is aware of a solution. Many thanks!

I just recently posted about my homemade solution using a small piece of 3/16" aluminum tubing. I'm planning on improving it by adding a spring inside the tubing to better buttress it in place. Or you can take the advice of others and have it converted to rifle configuration with a barrel extension and fin grip...

Best of luck either way and thank you for your service.
