Sks?

It seems that the C&R dealers on the list posted by Grammaton have SKS rifles that have grenade launchers or that they will not sell to CA? Do I need to go to another state to pick one up and then remove or render the grenade launcher unusable before bringing it back to CA?

Yeah, but those are the Yugoslavian models, andn there are Yugoslavian SKSs which weren't produced with the grenade launcher. Or you could go out and buy a Chinese or a real nice Russian SKS.

Yugo model 59, IIRC, and the 59/66 has the GL on it. They can modify the GL to make it so it's not functional.

And the Russian model is the only true SKS.

Make sure that your Yugo SKS cycles properly. Mine has to go back to Century Arms.
