    Does new ammo law apply to reloaders?

    Does anyone know if the new ammo regs apply to buying reloading stuff online?

        How about dummy rounds and snap caps? Do I have to go through a FFL and wait 10 days?

          At the local gun store last week, the guys said they added projectiles/bullets, primers, and brass to the list of 'not to be imported into Ca'.

          Don't know if caps fall under primers....

            I'm sure plenty of local gun shops will get it wrong. Some just so they can price gouge, others just cuz they're stupid.

                Bullets consist of a whole cartridge.. LGS's will say anything to make a sale..
