About 10 days out, figured I'd start the thread this time around.

Temperature's cooling down so it should be pretty good that Sunday, but hard to say what the weather will be this far out.

It's near the Cajon Pass. Great range, lots of fun. There's usually enough members to get non members signed in. I can sign 2 in.

I'm 85 miles away. What time does the range open? To sign me in, do I have to wait for a member to get there? How does that work?

Range opens at 8 but lots of times they open a little early. I will sign people in but I'm not sure I'm going.

I'm in. I have to do some reloading for my Savage 99 so hopefully I can get it done by then. I haven't it out to the range in over a year.

The range is open at 8am and a few of us are there by 8 or before. When you drive in just say you're with the calguns C&R group. We're down at the far end of the range, just park down there and introduce yourself and we'll get you signed in. Its only $10 to shoot all day and includes your target.

You should bring your own guns. We are a friendly group and if you see a cool gun just ask if you can shoot it.

You should bring your own guns. People are open to sharing and trading rounds off of each other unique guns. A lot of cool stuff can come out to these shoots, up to and including M2HBs, depending on who decides to show up that weekend.

I'd like to make it back up there. But, I sold my truck. I know people still go in their Honda CRX's. But, I'd hate going over that riverbed in a car.

Maybe I'll just pickup a 20 year old 4-Runner just for range trips lol
