My first Winchester SRC

Hey guys , just wanted to show off my new lever gun like a proud papa. This is my first ever SRC and I am in love. 1926 Winchester 94 in .30WCF , love the patina / aged metal and wood. It even has what appear to be kill marks on the lower front handguard.

Love the look of these SRC I think i might just sell off all my Winchester levers and collect SRC exclusively ... and yes this will get shot alot

If you like these, you oughta start collecting the 1892 carbines. I love those things

.... and speaking of 1892 carbines, I'm looking at the OP's pics, and other than the receiver the gun pictured looks an awful lot like the 1892 SRC I have in my hands right now. Sights, wood, butt-plate - they all look similar. Was there a time when Winchester had cross-over guns between the 92 and the 94 that used a lot of the same parts?
