    quick question.

    define "cash and carry"

is it litterally what it says on guns over 50 years old with collectors value you just buy and walk away with or do you still have to do a transfer?

If it's a non AW long arm over 50 years old you can give the seller cash, and leave. If you're buying from a C&R license, they're gonna want your info for their book. If an FFL is selling the gun, you still have to DROS and wait the 10 days.
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.
