    C&R PPT Transfers

Now that we have to register rifles, are we required to do private party transfers of C&R rifles at a dealer now, so they can be registered? Or are C&R guns exempt from registration perhaps?
Let me guess... this isn't about the alcohol or tobacco.

If you have O3 FFL and COE then you can cash and carry but have to register the rifle on your own

If you don't have both 03FFL and COE then you have to DROS just like anything else

How do you register a rifle? Just bring it to a police station or army base?

Why do we have to register? What law passed to make that a requirement?

Registration is accomplished by filling out the voluntary registration form (volreg?) and submitting that along with the extortion fee.

You can thank our leftist state "leaders" for passing another stupid law that infringes on the rights of law abiding citizens.

C&R FFLs with COE must use this form to report in-state acquisitions of long guns within 30 days. Acquisitions of handguns in-state must still go through a 01 FFL:

C&R FFLs do not need COE to make out of state acquisitions of pistols or long guns, but must use this form to report within 5 days: https://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/a...s/curioapp.pdf

You can combine them to a single $19 fee, and you can file both of these reports (and others) online using CFARS https://cfars.doj.ca.gov

Man this blows. Why can't California enjoy guns and be liberal. Like Vermont or Czechia.

because California think that they can track every firearm in the entire state as we seen before the california atf is stressed at the amount of guns in the hands of privet people everything you purchase a gun it goes into a file cabinet .

So the solution is to purchase more guns?

Oh I love talking about colors. My favorite color is pink! It makes my Mosin look ever so sweet. Just how John Mosin Browning would have wanted it to look.

Definitely. I have a closet full of light pasteled sport coats just waiting for summer. You can really mix and match easily between light peach, seafoam green, and soft powder blue.

But white pants.... always white pants.

Speaking of which, I watched a couple episodes of Miami Vice a while back. They held up surprisingly well.
