A Bulgarian Makarov is not C&R, and not on the roster, you cannot buy one outside of California and bring it/have it shipped here.

Soviet Military (NOT the commercial) and East German are the only makarov pistols that are C&R, the only ones that can be bought out of state and brought into California (unless you're exempt)

Then <$300 for a new or close to it Bulgie is a good deal.

They seem to go for more here, once in a while cheaper.

IIRC, one was selling for ~$500 a while back.
