Anyone who was deciding which grade to get but yet to make a move now has an easier decision to make.

CMP Garand selection is shot out except for Field Special and higher end stuff. Another HXP price increase too.

Just got my COE last week and put in an order for a Special Field.

Just got my COE last week and put in an order for a Special Field.

In retrospect, I am very glad to have bought an RM1 Special for $1,030 when they were available. I think they had plenty at the time because SG and FG were in stock and most people buy those. Even though the price tag seemed steep, I was very happy with what I received, an HRA rifle that was 0/0 MW/TE
and no sign of use anywhere.

Some purists turn their noses at these as not collectible since they are totally reworked, but their opinions with a dollar added would be worth about a cup of coffee to me.

Checked My estore staus this am on my field grade order,and it changed status from last week when I checked.

Now it shows "paid" and they added the free case to the order...I wonder how soon it's going to ship....

Once they charge your card it usually ships out within a day or two

Been a while since I ordered one...

Last time I ordered they were like $165ish , shipped tp them to your door and it was the DCM not the CMP.

Of course I sold that one(Sringfield) a few years ago like a knucklehead.

Don't worry, ordering from the cmp is like opening a box of chocolate, you never know what you'll get. You may be pleasantly surprised. Good luck

Ain't that the truth. I bought a SG a few years ago and it was sort of a beater. Ended up selling it because my other non-CMP Garands were nicer. I just got another one from CMP and it is a lot nicer.

Unbelievably fast and efficient service!

I overnighted my order on Thursday 26th. Got recieipt/approval email on the 27th. Shipping notice on the 30th and it just arrived on my doorstep Fed Ex this morning. 5 days from mailing my order it arrived :-)

(very first time ordering from CMP and first time using my 03 ffl +

I really is, 2nd to last release on Service Grades I shipped my order on Monday and rifle was at my door Thursday the same week
