I'll be traveling to Houston for work, going to the Super Bowl! I might have a day or two of me time while out there and was wondering if there are any Ca C&R friendly shops in the area. I'll probably buy and then ship them back home if I find anything.

If you have a C&R licence you should be good to go. It's all you need if your buying in person out of state. Just remember to self register them as soon as you get home.
