bayonet identification

need a little help. i got this bayonet when i was a kid, at the time i was told it was spanish. i am de-cluttering my junk bucket and i have no need for this. i am trying to find out exactly what it is for and when it was made so i can sell it. looking it over i think i see an FN mark so i am not sure it is spanish. could be made on a contract i guess. any info would help. it is not in the best condition, what is it worth?
