    Polish P-64 in CA?

I see these all over and sold as C&R eligible, but what im unsure of is for a firearms to be C&R eligible it needs to be 50 years old right? But some of these pistols are made past 1966. Would this make it not C&R? Would i have to find one made before or at 66?

    Thanks for any help.

    They're on ATF's C&R list.

I got a 1977 dated P64 this year. All dates are good. I thought I had the link that I used to determine that, but can't find it now

EDIT: HAHA! Page 1, Section II

I've got a 1969 model P64. BTW, the manufacturer is Radom. Fun little pistols, terrible DA trigger, decent SA. They are beautifully made. A new equivalent today would cost $800.00 for the same quality. My P64 serves as a BU CCW gun for me. 9x18mak is a great round to reload.
