A 1995 gun is not C&R so the Handgun forum in the Marketplace would be the place to post it. Looks nice.
ETA: I missed the black powder part. This section is "Curio & Relic/Black Powder" so...

Sure, why wouldn't they? The gun in question has no more restrictions in California than any other State.

You can get a hundred bucks for that easy. I can help you out, do you have PayPal?

No FFL, you can ship direct BTW.

Notice that none of the guns are moving at what the seller is asking first bid, except the one above. It will give you an idea of what the street value should be when it closes. Add 10% for the box and docs. The rest of them are all show and tell....

I paid $400 for my last one with box, papers etc. Here in So Cal. Ton of fun.

Seller set the price and it had been on the market a few weeks when I bought it.

PM me when you figure out what you want for it.

If you have an account on GunBroker you can search on "ended" auctions to see what the guns actually sold for.

I sold one with box and papers for $400. It was the SS model with 7.5" barrel

As they are not subject to California's handgun roster, there is no California premium if that's what you're asking. Ruger Old Army revolvers can be bought and sold in this state without restriction.

OP - It looks like you delete all the info on your sold posts, so why are you confused?

Also, you've got 224 iTrader ratings (100% positive, which is great) and you don't know how to figure out a value?

Since there is no FFL involved and you can mail it directly to the buyer black powder prices in CA are the same as the rest of the world. As with all Rugers the earlier lower numbered ones bring more money. 1995 is getting near the end of the run. Not a real must have for a collector they look for ones with the Liberty markings or the roll marks being backwards in the cylinder. The collectors also seem to prefer the blue ones and the shooters like the stainless so being unfired isn't a real big plus. If you are in SoCal and $400 interests you send me a PM.

They go $350-$400 in Norcal for the stainless model lightly used.
Have seen them go as high as $600 with a conversion cylinder.

I just never added Cowboy shooting to my weekend activities so I haven't gotten around to buying 2-3 of them.
The ton of stuff you need when you don't appreciate how easy it is to load a gun with a factory made bullet is a load to drag to the range.
