    Starline Brass

Starline brass has started making rifle brass in many of the old calibers. Their pistol brass has always been excellent so I'm sure their rifle brass would be of the same quality. Midway has several different calibers on sale now so maybe they have the hard to find brass you've been looking for.

Is there something new that they recently added? I just looked on their site and it looks like the same stuff I've been buying for years. If there is something new please point it out.

I've probably spent a small fortune with them over the years... I have at least 15 different types of their brass is always been good stuff!

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

Starline makes good brass so I've heard from about 50 reputable sources.

But they aren't making 7.65X53mm Argentine brass. Bummer for me.

Their rifle brass is new. They debuted it at the NRA Convention this year.

Interesting. They do say "we are now making rifle brass" but I've been buying 38-55, 45-70, 40-65 for many years.

You'd think they would be announcing "larger selection of rifle brass" or something.

Yeah, that is weird if they've been making rifle brass for years. I don't have a rifle in those chamberings so I never checked until I saw their video. At least we know it's good stuff if you guys have been buying it for a while now.

Starline is all I use. It is good stuff. One case where it really shines, is in 44-40.

I have never ruined a case using starline reloading 44-40. Remington and Winchester factory cases suck for 44-40.'

Used alot of their 45-70 also.

Starline and Lapua are both considered the premium brass by hardcore reloaders. Good stuff. Nice to see them expand their offerings. Prvi does runs of most of the more obscure calibers but it seems like only once or twice a year so when places are out of it, you might have to wait another year to buy their brass, at least from dealers. Prvi brass seems thinner generally than Starline.

I wish they made some decent 40/65 win brass .The stuff they make is way to short and sized was too small ,so when fired its even shorter .

Brian , I have plenty and also have a hydraulic press machine made to stretch 45/70 cases to fit long chambers .I have one 40/65 chamber that's 2.160 long so have to stretch 45/70 and then form to 40.65 .With Black powder and soft cases you cant have more than about .005 gap or bad things happen.
