Mosin Nagant Scope Questions

I have a Mosin Nagant scope that came with a milsup I bought. Trying to find out more about it and possible get a price range of it. Can't really find any info about this one and I think the PDK marking is sketched in there. I only have the scope, no mounting system. Any Information would be appreciated. Thank you.

It is a Progress, IIRC the undated ones were 1943-44.

Numrich sells them with the base for $425.
