Got 2 cases of this, now I just need a K31. C&R and COE in hand, but no deals to be found. Wish I would have jumped on those $2XX gander mountain K31s last month.

Lol, I've done that. Had 4 spam cans of 7.62x54r before I ever had a Mosin.
The Swiss 1911 long rifles are nice too.

Check various forums. I just bought two K31's in the last month from private sellers. The first I paid $350 for a nice walnut stock with troop tag and had it shipped to my C&R. The second was a guy I met locally from Arfcom and he sold me a beech that he refinished for $270! Other than the Bubba, the rifle is immaculate. Took it out yesterday and put 50 rounds of GP/PPU through it. That is one accurate rifle.

I'd rather have a nicely refinished beech stocked K31 than an unaltered one that had been kicked and cleated and buried in snow and feasted on by hungry Swiss beavers anyday.
