    Active Duty C&R

I'm active duty military with a C&R license. On the Curio or Relic Firearm report form, it asks specifically for California Driver's License or ID, neither of which I have. If I import a firearm bought with my C&R license, should I just put in my driver's license, with the state of origin annotated, or does the exemption for Active duty personal firearms importers apply?
