    nagant 1918 tula

Seen one of these today at a gun shop for $250, I hear 1918 was not the best year for these, gun looks very well taken care of, has some import marks on it, I dont have any pics. What do you guys think?

Seems a little high to me. Tough to say without pics though

Is it a nagant revolver or a Mosin Nagant M91?

If it's an M91, 1918 isn't a super common year, and most M91s are worth at least $250 anyway

I would pay $250 for either a rifle or revolver as long as they are in decent shape.

Not a bargain price but if it's in good condition I'd go for it. Is it SA only or DA?

The fact that it's not the usual 1930 to 1945 Nagant is a bonus, but the import marks are a slight detractor. If it is matching and not refurbed with plastic grips I would have already bought it

IMO, you really cant go wrong at that price.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

The side plate with all the info could have been easily swapped from one revolver to another during refurbishment. That could explain its condition.

These pistols doubled in price in one year. Bought one for 116 in 2013 at a turners and sold it for 250 two years later.

its tempting, I'm on a waiting list for a sig p238 hd, that will cost me my gun money I have saved up ha..... My wife said it sounds like a good price *she does not know much about guns* but i told her it would really not be something i shot that often if ever..... I am not even sure if it is now spoken for or not, its a consignment they are going to put out after the 20 or something days, they just gave me a sneak peak and asked if I was interested.

Buying that is justification for buying a whole collection you never intended on owning.

I looked on GunBroker and $250 seems to be about right for what you described.

I am actually in the market for one of those, but I was going to see what they have at "The Big Reno Show" next week before I bought anything online.

If I don't find anything and it is still available (and if you don't want it, of course) PM me what gun store.
