A couple of Enfields followed me home today.........

Went out and did a little gun trading today and wound up with a couple of Enfields. both are in basically original condition with mint bores. I've been of on the lookout for a decent WWI No1MkIII and these just kind of dropped in my lap.

#1 is a 1903 No1**



Still has it's unit disc:


Rebuilt in 1915


#2 is a 1943 No4Mk1 no rebuild marks on this one

Very nice pair! Pre war Enfields are not a common sight, even upgraded to "*" configuration. I'm a sucker for original stock discs...well done!

It is "AA" with a broad arrow between them.
