Scope Mount Installation on M91/30 Alignment Problem

Hi,

I just bought a NC Star long scope mount for my M91/30. After installing it on the rear sight seat, the mount is not aligned to the barrel. The mount is actually pointing toward right. Do you have similar problem? Is it the mount problem or the gun problem?
