    Try the Colt forum, someone may have the dimensions and be able to share them with you.

    Best of luck with your search. I had one of the pocket auto pistols, they are nice pieces.

      From my 1903 Pocket Hammer:

      Slide lock dimensions:
      Length = 0.891"
      Width = 0.338"
      Thickness = 0.1335"

      The left and right ends (when installed) are radiused (rounded).
      The rear-facing side is the only side that has features:

      The diameter of the circular cut is 13/32". The depth of the circular cut is 0.032". The narrow chord on the top is 0.230" (approximate). The wide chord at the bottom is 0.433" (approximate). The nub on the left side is 0.060" left to right, 0.054" top to bottom, and is 0.030" in height (front to back when installed) when looking at the picture. The inner edge of the nub (the side toward the circular cut) is 0.1095" from the left radiused side of the slide lock. The top (rear-face) of the nub is radiused top to bottom and square from side to side.

      That should get you in the ballpark and then it would have to be custom-fitted to your pistol. It should be polished and finished with a bright niter blue.
      Revolvers are not pistols

      pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
      Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.
