    C&R Question

I know this has probably been answered before but I can't find a link to the answer. So here it is. Just got my licence and was was wondering if I have to record the C&R guns I already had before receiving the license in the book?
    Thank you.

You are required to log any C&R transactions that occur while licensed. So, you don't need to log your pre-owned C&R guns if you don't sell them while licensed. But, if you do sell one, you would need to log it into the book (with a notation of "pre-licensed possession") and then log it out to the buyer. You also need to log in any C&R's you buy from a dealer, even if you don't "use" your C&R to purchase it.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

That's exactly what I do. I log them in as owned before C&R when I sell them.
